These Terms of Service describe the relationship between NAVIREXO™ and customers who place orders through the store. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, availability, and delivery information current. If a material detail associated with an order cannot be fulfilled as presented, we will contact you about the available options. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received the order information; it does not prevent us from contacting you if a product becomes unavailable or an error needs correction.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate contact and delivery details. If those details change, contact service@navirexo.com promptly. Our ability to amend an order depends on its processing stage.
Delivery is described in the Shipping Policy, including the estimated 3–7-day transportation period after dispatch. Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery under the Return Policy. Following approval of a returned item, the refund is expected to appear within 7–10 business days. After-sales requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
