We accept requests for eligible returns made within 30 days after delivery. To begin, email service@navirexo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason. Our team reviews after-sales requests within 3 business days and will provide the next steps.
For a standard return, the bag should be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the included accessories and packaging where reasonably available. You may inspect an item as you would when deciding whether to keep it, but signs of use or damage occurring after delivery may affect eligibility. Any exception required by applicable consumer law still applies.
If an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, tell us when you contact support. Photographs can assist the review, but you can explain the concern if you cannot provide them. Where the return results from our error or an arrival issue, we cover reasonable return-shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise or we confirm a different arrangement in writing.
Please wait for the return instructions and confirmed destination before sending anything. The company business address at the top of this page is not automatically the return address. Once the returned item has arrived and the return is approved, the refund is expected to appear within 7–10 business days. We will contact you if more information is needed to complete the review.
